Make a list of such times and keep it fresh in your mind when you go to the interview. Reassure the employer that you can easily deal with new challenges which may appear.

Leadership is associated with the ability to take responsibility. Employers love people who take "the bull by the horns" and lead others in difficult situations.
Make sure you have a few ideas in your head of when you lead the team you were part of. Make sure you remind them how your team reached and exceeded its targets through your leadership.
